Caitlin is a case manager for clients and prospective clients at the firm. She has experience as a Customer Service Representative / Processing Specialist for multiple Insurance and Benefit Administration companies. After working for the insurance companies, Caitlin has several years of processing and data analyst experience from when she worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor, eventually becoming a Processing Team Lead in. She attended Townson University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. When she is not working, Caitlin enjoys going to the beach, being on the water, taking the boat out, and spending quality time with friends and family.
