A native of the nation's capital, Matt is a graduate of Shepherd University, where he studied Business Administration and Financial Economics and completed the University's CFP Board-approved program in personal financial planning. An IRS Enrolled Agent, Matt represents U.S. taxpayers around the world, helping them to minimize their tax burdens and navigate the IRS's complex regulatory and compliance requirements. Matt resides with his wife on the banks of the Chesapeake Bay's western shore, a mere stone's throw away from his favorite rockfish and perch fishing holes.
